Getting help in an emergency for yourself or a loved one
If you feel you are at immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, or are experiencing thoughts of suicide, it is important to seek help straight away. Please contact your GP and request an emergency appointment, or go directly to your nearest Accident & Emergency Department.
