Services

I offer one-to-one counselling for adults and young adults (18+), both in person in Whitefield / Radcliffe and online across the UK. My approach is person-centred, this means our work together is guided by you. I’ll offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, and begin to make sense of what’s happening in your life.

Below are some of the areas I can support you with. You may relate to one, several, or none of these directly, that's okay. You don’t need to have all the answers to begin.

    Emotional Well-being & Mental Health

    Anxiety & general stress

    Depression & low mood

    Self-esteem & confidence issues

    Anger management

    Self-harm

Emotions can be complex and overwhelming, especially when they feel difficult to control or make sense of. I offer a space to help you untangle these feelings, understand where they may be coming from, and find new ways of relating to yourself.

    Life Transitions & Personal Growth

    Bereavement & loss

    Redundancy & work-related issues

    Menopause & health-related changes

    Personal development

Life is full of changes, some expected, others sudden or unwanted. Whether you’re grieving, adjusting to a new phase of life, or seeking clarity and growth, we can explore what matters most to you and what you need to move forward.

  • Two fists, one dark-skinned and one light-skinned, gently clasped together in a gesture of unity and solidarity.

    Relationships & Identity

    Relationship challenges (past or present)

    Family issues

    Men’s and women’s issues

    Self-identity and self-worth

Our relationships with others and with ourselves shape so much of how we feel. Counselling can help you understand your patterns, explore your sense of self, and begin to build healthier, more authentic connections.

    Trauma & Difficult Experiences

    Abuse (past or present)

    Trauma

    Disability & health-related issues

If you’re living with the effects of trauma or navigating life with a long-term condition or disability, you may feel isolated or unheard. In a compassionate, safe environment, together we can begin to process your experiences without judgement or pressure.

Please contact me in confidence and together we’ll find a time that feels right for you to begin your journey forward..
